About the Event

Starting January 5th, we will be begin our 21 day Daniel Fast. Hope you will choose to join us! This time of fasting is for us to focus our time on prayer and God. If you want to participate in a fast but can't give up certain food, try to fast something else that takes up a majority of your time. Visit our website for an example list on what to eat during this fast!

Foods included in the Daniel Fast are:

  • Vegetables

  • Fruits

  • Healthy Plant-Based Fats

  • Whole Grains
